What we keep, and why.

What we collect. Only what you give us: your name, email address, and whatever you write in an inquiry or a message. If you join the new-titles list, your name and email. Our website uses standard analytics and, where enabled, HubSpot's tracking script to understand how the site is used; both may set cookies.

What we do with it. Answer you. Send you the one email per title you asked for. Keep a record of inquiries so we can follow up. We store contact information in HubSpot, our customer-relationship system, which is also used by The 80/20 Institute.

What we do not do. Sell, rent or trade your information. Add you to lists you did not ask for. Send you anything other than what you signed up for.

Leaving. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. Or write to bill@the8020institute.com and we will remove you, and tell you when we have.

Third parties. Purchases are made through retailers (Amazon, IngramSpark's partners, your bookseller) under their own terms. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; their privacy practices are their own.
