Why it exists
A reader should be able to finish a business book and know what to do next. Bill Canady founded Eighty20 Publishing to connect the ideas, the working tools, and the next step in learning.
The library is organized around PGOS — the Profitable Growth Operating System. Its seven areas connect the work of a company: Command, Profit, Strategy, Growth, People, Deals, and Continuous Improvement. Each book has a job within that system.
Start with the question in front of you. Read or listen to the book, use an available companion Field Guide to work through the decisions, and explore related training from The 80/20 Institute.
What we publish

Bill Canady runs two billion-dollar-plus companies — one at $1.1 billion and one at $1.5 billion — as Chairman and CEO of Arrowhead Engineered Products and Chairman of OTC Industrial Technologies. Across global industrial markets he has delivered over $3 billion in shareholder value.
He built the Profitable Growth Operating System (PGOS), the framework behind every 80/20 Institute program. His thesis is simple: complexity kills performance; clarity drives profit.
Canady is the author of The 80/20 CEO, The Rule of Three, and other books in the Eighty20 library. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and served in the United States Navy.
